Dude is out traveling this week.  When he is away from his normal environment, it is challenging to maintain his runs and healthy eating.  Very hard actually.  When he plans his trips, I think he spends more time planning his runs, where to run, when he will run and how to strategically pack it all in his suitcase.  Then he worries about the work stuff  🙂  I guess it is about priorities…

Lesson is that we will always have things and events that get in the way and provide obstacles to our future and our goals.  Having a clear vision of your future self will help maintain the discipline to keep moving forward, even when you are out traveling.

This weeks Challenge…

Go for a daily walk.  Let me say it again.  Go for a daily walk.  The idea is to simply get outside and do something active.  Maybe something different than what you are used to.  It can be a walk, a run, a bike ride, but something outside.  Something different.
