Hello!! I am Duder. It has taken me some time, but I have changed my owner’s life, but I still have to challenge him to keep him on track.

Here is what I have on my mind this week…

Lesson I taught Dude this week…

Dude has been moving me over to a new type of food.  I should not just switch to new food, I need to slowly incorporate the new stuff into my daily routine.  It has take a couple of weeks, but I am almost fully migrated over.

Have you ever decided to try a new food or a different diet?  Did you try it for a a day or two and decide that it didn’t change anything?  If you want to truly understand how something will impact you, you need to be patient and give it some time.  Your mind and body will need to process the change over time.   Be patient.

Random Running Thoughts…

What do you call a dog with no legs?  Doesn’t matter.  He won’t come anyway.

This weeks Challenge…

I read about a couple of studies where simple exercise can actually grow new brain cells.  I remember learning many years ago that we have a finite number of brain cells and we cannot grow more.  These new studies are showing that this is not the case.

So, another good reason to get out and go for a walk.  EVERY DAY.

Take the next 7 days, go for a walk every day, outside.
