Hello!! I am Duder. It has taken me some time, but I have changed my owner’s life, but I still have to challenge him to keep him on track.

Lesson I taught Dude this week…
Dude had some fun a couple of weeks ago doing a Tough Mudder race. This was some running and multiple obstacles, many of which involve climbing around in the mud. I was hesitant to do something like this, but I realized that no matter our age, we will always have that little kid inside of us. This kid needs to play and sometimes that includes climbing around in the mud. Sometimes you have to let that kid out!!

This weeks Challenge…
One thing I have been focused on this week is my hydration. This includes my hydration when exercising and running, which is important, but what about hydration throughout the day? What is the liquids you are drinking everyday?
If your main source of hydration is soda, then my challenge to you is to stop the soda for a week. Make your only source of hydration water and maybe some electrolytes. Try this. See how it works for 7 days.
