I just received the book this week and read it over 3 days, and I'm not a reader. Reading about Jeff's life experiences, the ups and downs, and seeing how he related almost everything his dog, Duder, did, and how he learned, grew, and transformed himself is truly inspiring! Who doesn't want better relationships with their spouse, children, grandchildren, but most importantly with yourself? This book has so many great examples and thoughts of how it might work for you!
I highly recommend giving this a read! Let's treat everyone better, those close to us, strangers, and ourselves! We're all on the journey through life.....let's make the best of it!
This is such a great book. I love how Jeff tries to look at his life experiences through the eyes of his dog and then sees how he can apply what he considers to be the dogs thought process to his own life. We all know that dogs appear to be happy, loving and excited about nearly everything and everyone. If we could all just be the same way our lives would be so much better.
Every chapter of this book left me thinking of ways I could positively improve my own life.
The ways in which Jeff has improved his life just by getting a dog and then allowing that relationship to change him is amazing!!
This book is so inspiring and will change you for the better if you let it.
